To: Revdex.com From: Sanger Oaks Apartments [redacted] I understand Miss [redacted] is upset about the charges she owes [redacted] was mailed a account statement to the properties address with her apt number in hopes she forwarded her mail because she never gave a forwarding addressI also tried calling Miss [redacted] because she left several items in the apartment including a family photo of her and her childWe have a pest control service that comes out to our property once a weekWe have building treated each a week and any call backs treatedIf she requested treatment then we have records of thatThe sign that her neighbor posted outside was removed by my staff the day it was reportedThe sign was never returned to that residentMiss [redacted] had an option to move when her first lease contract was up but she renewed her lease contractWhen she moved out she failed to clean her apartment and remove personal itemsShe was also charged for damages to her apartmentI had several mini blinds that needed replaced because they were brokenI have attached copy of pictures of the apartment, move in inventory form and her notice to vacate If you have any questions please call me at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
This company is implying that I was evicted which is not correct at allIf a fraud eviction is being brought out all of a sudden it will just add more dispute to this matterYou have a picture of a vacate notice because you hand those out to everybody if they're just one hour late of paying rent after the 3rd dayThis is ultimately sadI understand the mini blinds because of my daughterAs far as that door in the room it already had a long crack/hole in it from whoever rented it previously and it was just covered up with plaster and paintThe mini blinds are covered through deposit, and as far as extra items being left that was covered under deposit as well if needing to be movedSo how this "company" came up with there "amount owed" is under speculationI have nothing more to say to unprofessional "management" of these apartments. As far as renewing my lease ONCE is because I did not find another place conveniently located in time, and I did not wish to pay an extra $a month on top of $for a month-to-month lease, the apartment/area was not worth that amount.
