After many years of A+ ratings, I became seriously ill months agoI have been hospitalized times in that period and under a doctor's careI relied on someone to fill in for me in the interimUnfortunately, they let me downThis complaint is not the only problem that occurred in that timeI am better now and back in control of the companyI have responded to all my customers and offered to credit their accounts back, send a check, or send new productI have instructed my credit card processors to immediately reimburse ANYONE who places a complaint with themI think that this is the sole remaining issueI had requested that our processor reimburse this customerPerhaps the closure of the card was an issueIn any event, today I am issuing a check for $$to : [redacted] ***Going forward, I would appreciate your advice on how I can regain my strong, positive rating that we enjoyed for so long.Thank you for your help in this matter[redacted] ***Merit Pet Products

I have instructed my credit card processors to immediately reimburse ANYONE who places a complaint with them. I think that this is the sole remaining issue. Please add your rejection comments below. This is not the first time he has promised to send the money and as of yet I have not received it. When I do I will release the claim and not until. I will be thrilled if he follows through but I will never order anything else from him.
