Due to Hail damage, we needed to replace our roof, gutters, windows, and screens. We had multiple companies come and provide recommendations. Merit Roofing and Construction provided the most complete recommendation for all the services needed. Greg was very professional, timely, and helped us get the coverage for our 13 year old roof replacement by working with our insurance company and their agent. Once approved, the replacement was scheduled very quickly. It only took two days for his crew to remove the old roof and replace it with new shingles (top of the line).
Greg was very knowledgeable and confident about what work needed to be done. He went over the difference with the types of shingles allowed by our HOA and helped us make a more educated decision. He discussed his recommendation for gutters and screens. The quote provided was detailed and easy to understand. It didn't have any missing elements of what I needed. I read reviews on all the companies I asked to come and quote the work, so they were all highly reputable and capable. What I liked about Merit was also echoed in many of the reviews I read. I was confident that what they were telling me was accurate and honest and not just in the interest of sales. I highly recommend them if you want quality work done professionally.

It was great working with Greg , he was so helpful working with the insurance company and meeting with the *** people that came out to look at my roof, I am so glad they stopped by that day and asked to do a free inspection on my roof, I had a leak and didn't know it, they put a tarp on my roof and it started raining after that, my new roof looks great, very good quality material, Greg and his crew got here early and finished it all in the same day, and cleaned everything up after they were finished, Thank you Greg and all your crew, you all did an awesome job!!!

Recently, I had my roof replaced by MERIT ROOFING & CONSRUCTION COMPANY.
I have seen this company replaced the roof for two of my neighbors. they done a grat job, so I decide to have this company to replace my roof too.
Mr, Trey is a great person, he come to my home and explain every single point. I signed the contract. A day before the work to be started, all the required material arrived, next morning the crew started on time, at 3:30 PM. job was done. The roof look so beautiful.

Had our roof replaced recently by Merit Roofing and Jonathon was with us every step of the way, spending the necessary time to help us with color selection, and to make sure we were satisfied with all details. Jonathon put in the extra effort which was instrumental in getting the approval from the insurance company, as we had other companies try with no success. They completed the job in one day and when they left that evening, there was no evidence they had even been there, except for our beautiful roof! The crew was nice and respectful of us and our property, covering everything, including our pool to protect from debris, nails, etc., cleaning as they went along. Jonathon quickly returned our calls and addressed any questions, concerns we had along the way and was on site for much of the work, being the last one to leave at the end of the day. We highly recommend Merit Roofing.

Merit Roofing was so easy to work with! They came out to my house for a free estimate and were truly honest about what they found. Then, after we filed the claim with insurance, they made sure to meet the adjustor out here to point out things that they wanted to make sure got put on the paperwork. As soon as we got the "OK" from the insurance company, Jonathon met me out at my house to go over particulars and sign the papers. Less than a week later, our roof was done in just 1 day! Jonathon was here to oversee the project and help with clean up. He went over our entire yard with a large magnet to check for nails at least 3 times - once the evening it was complete, he came back the next day, and made sure to come back again after the first rain/mow. We even had the roof inspected by a different company and the results were almost perfect! Just two very minor things to fix, which I passed along to Jonathon, who had someone out the next day to fix them and then came out himself to lay eyes on the updates. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jonathon was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. He is very knowledgable and a very nice and honest person. I would highly recommend Merit Roofing to anyone!
