I went with Metitum after talking with many credit card processing companies, because they assured me great customer service After being with the company for only month I cancelled their service I sent emails, one after I received charges on my account from a 3rd party business that I had not agreed to pay and was told that they were out of town and could not look into the charges The 2nd email I sent was to inquire about cancelling service My email was answered a week later (after I had already cancelled) Again because they were out of townVery Poor Customer service

I sent 2 emails, one after I received charges on my account from a 3rd party business that I had not agreed to pay and was told that they were out of town and could not look into the charges. The 2nd email I sent was to inquire about cancelling service. My email was answered a week later (after I had already cancelled) Again because they were out of town. Very Poor Customer service.
