Meriwether Hills is withholding the amount of a security deposit based on a clause in my lease that doesn't exist and I have an email confirming that my security deposit would be returned in full, have already received and cashed the checkRefund of rent is a separate issue from security and I don't believe it is fair to reduce my rental refund based on a clause that doesn't exist and contradicting the already settled matter of return of security depositI'd like the $deduction of security deposit from the rent refund removed and the full amount of rent I prepayed returnedI will stipulate that the penalty for the lack of day notice is fairBut anything beyond is unreasonable and not part of the original lease I signed

Review: I rented a townhouse October 1 and prepaid a years rent. I moved because of a personal/domestic violence issue. My locks were

changed and my townhouse rented on March 1st to the [redacted] family and yet none of my prepaid rent was refunded to me. Meriwether Hills is collecting rent on a unit that was paid for in advance by me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the rent I prepaid dating back to my illegal lock out on February 24th.
