Concerning the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] purchased a vehicle from Merkle Motors and later complained about his air conditioning not working welli had the a/c charged for him and apparently it did't worki had the vehicle taken to a certified GM mechanic with over years of experienceDuring that time I gave Mr [redacted] a vehicle to drive and even dropped it off and picked his up for himThe mechanic was able to fix the a/c and it works fine, but Mr [redacted] states that the rear a/c does not work or at least not wellDuring our conversations I believe I said I would fix the rear as good faith, but Mr [redacted] was going on vacation and I didn't receive the parts in timeWhen he got back I was trying to set it up with the mechanic, but in the mean time I received this complaint and as I was trying to resolve the problem, I explained to him I was trying to set it up, but he was impatient and I no longer felt it was my responsibility anymore, after this complainti did have the parts to fix it but not anymorethank you

There was an agreement that Mr [redacted] would first get an estimate as to the cost of painting the tailgateHe did not and just had it painted and had the bill sentWe told Mr [redacted] before he bought the truck, we could have the tailgate painted for $That is what I would be willing to offerStephan M***

The time of the sale was February when the AC won't even turn on under 40 degrees. There was no way for me to check to see if it worked first off. Secondly I would have never bought the vehicle for $23000 with no AC. I have all the emails stating that he was going to have it fixed also know the name of the mechanic at [redacted] who cut the lines. My next move is to go talk to them ([redacted]) and also stay in contact with my Lawyer. He cut the lines on a vehicle that didn't belong to him and never asked for my consent to do so. If this isn't resolved soon I will be filing a lawsuit against Mr. M[redacted] and also the mechanic Chris that cut my lines, Thank You.

experience. During that time I gave Mr. [redacted] a vehicle to drive and even dropped it off and picked his up for him. The mechanic was able to fix the a/c and it works fine, but Mr. [redacted] states that the rear a/c does not work or at least not well. During our conversations I believe I said I would fix the rear as good faith, but Mr. [redacted] was going on vacation and I didn't receive the parts in time. When he got back I was trying to set it up with the mechanic, but in the mean time I received this complaint and as I was trying to resolve the problem, I explained to him I was trying to set it up, but he was impatient and I no longer felt it was my responsibility anymore, after this complaint. Review: I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia off of Stephan M[redacted] the owner of the business for $23000.00. He said everything with the car was great and there were no issues at all. I purchased in February, when the weather started to get warm I went to use the air conditioning. to my surprise it did not work. I contacted Stephan and he said that he would have it fixed, after prying him for awhile he set up an appointment at a local GMC dealer [redacted] in [redacted] PA. I took it there and they said the rear AC line needed replaced and it would cost $1300. Stephan didn't want to pay that so he was going to order the parts and have his "buddy" fix it. So after waiting another month he finally "fixed" it. Well come to find out he never ordered parts at all, he just cut the Air Conditioning lines in front of the leak and plugged them so the Freon could not leak out. The air would work out of the front vents but where the real problem was in the rear where my children ride it blows hot air. I contacted him about what he had done and he said he would have to talk to the mechanic that did it. This has been going on since the end of May with getting no where.Desired Settlement: Repair at an authorized GMC Dealership (D[redacted] and no further contact with Merkle Motors.
