Customer failed to return original product after refund Business owner came out on 7/and inspected outside unit and informed me that I needed a new unit He never went inside the house to inspect the other hvac system I told him I will get back with himOn 7/24, I then contacted him and told him that I would like to proceedHe then came out on 7/to installed a refurbished unit and carried my original away with himsomething was wrong with that unit so they came back out on 7/and installed another refurbished unit He told me that everything was working property and that I would be satisfied I paid him the amount agreed upon on 7/27, I had to contact him to tell him that the unit was still not cooling He then came out that day and inspected the HVAC inside the house He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new Coil He took my old coil out and placed in my garage and told me that he will contact me on 7/to let me know if he had another one When I cont

Work on the house has not been completedThe house has not passed inspecton as promised The company was hired to installed hvac and be able to pass inspection to get the gas cut on in the house by ***On 03/20/code enforcement came out to do an inspection for the 3rd time and it failedthings- need solid flooring in the path travel to furnace 2.need 30inch solid flooring at service side of furnace need receptacle within inch of appliance to power the furnace approved dryer ventThe company has yet to come back and address the issuesWe don't even know if the unit they put in the house even workI have called , text and wrote a letter and they have yet to come and get it thru inspectionWe have paid him for the unit, the duct work with was extra and repair to the gas line which was extra you would think it would have all been included in the estimate
