I want to express my sincere thanks to Rick, Diane and the staff at Fawcett who worked on my van while I was away on vacationThey even plead my case with MPI and got MPI to enhance the initial approval that they provided for repairsI picked up my van which was thoroughly cleaned by their staff inside and out and have nothing but great things to say about their shop! This is my second time using Fawcett and I wouldn't use another shop!

Review: I purchased a treatment for micro-derm abrasion. While getting my treatment other treatments offered were discussed The micro-current therapy was recommended. It sounded interesting so I bought one session. I tried it liked it Terese was very good at her job and customer service. I then bought a package of 5 treatments and made an appointment. I had to reschedule due to a death in the family. Terese rescheduled me and said I should do the micro-derm at the same time. I was going to an event so I was really excited about the treatments especially the micro-current. I received a phone call right before my appointment and was told Terese was no longer working there and that Roxanne would be doing my treatment. She said they could not do both at the same time and if I would come in 15 min. early they could do the a spot treatment with micro-current for 15 minutes to make up for the inconvenience. I arrived 15 minutes early only to find out that they forgot and booked someone else. I was asked to wait and then (I think her name is Marcie?) she is the owner proceeded to be very rude to me. She insisted it was my second treatment not first of the package. I explained that I was scheduled the week before but I had to attend a funeral so I never had that treatment. She continued to argue and said Terese didn't remove that from the schedule. Anyway it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was so upset I asked to just get my money back and leave I didn't want the treatment. She was very nasty and refused and said I had to have the treatment. So I have the treatment but instead for the 15 min of micro-current Roxanne gave me a head massage. Roxanne did a good job but the overall I never wanted to go back but I am being forced to by the owner. I showed up for my next appt. and they had once again booked some one else at my time. Roxanne offered to give me a free treatment if I would reschedule. I don't ever want to go back but the owner is forcing me to go and will not give my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the balance. The owner is mean and nobody should be forced to go somewhere if the service is continually bad. I bought a package of 5 micro-current treatments for $350.00 I have used 1 so I want the 4 other sessions refunded. That comes out to each session is $70.00 for a total of $280.00. Any professional business owner should not force someone to come to them, the only reason I can think is because she is desperate for money. She was nasty mean and rude.
