to the complainant on all issues raised though; it does not mean entirely an admission of guilt. Our apology was accepted by the complainant and on our part, we promised to improve the main issue which was "Lack of Communication".The agency will review and enforce our procedures that allows for effective communication between us and our Clients.Furthermore, the agency has terminated the employment of the staff in question though for an unrelated but similar issues. We are striving to marginalize our shortcomings as to provide quality service to all our clients. However, we accept there will be challenges since we cannot pre-empt actions of our Caregivers.Notwithstanding, we will continue to provide In-service training to our staff as we expect them to respect the RIGHTS of consumers and their support systems.Once again, permit us to use this medium to offer our sincere apology to the Complainant.Thank youRespectfully,Kenmeth U.Administrator
