Order of events and why I will never use mermaid pools again or any vendor that buys products through themMonday – Went into the store asking for help on my green poolI brought a pool sample with me also the printout of my chemistry from another storeI was told that they would have it clean by the weekend if I came in everyday with my sample and did only what they told me toThe guy I spoke with said he wouldn’t be there tomorrow, but would leave instructions on what he wanted done with the women that was also therePurchased chemical and left for the dayTuesday – I came back again with my sample and the people that were there on Monday were not thereTalked with another guy and he sold me algaecide and liquid shockTelling me that this will clear up the poolI put the chemicals in like he instructed and left the pool to run over nightWednesday – Went back with a pool sample and before and after picturesNO CHANGETalked with the same guy from Tuesday and he was stumpedI left my address, email, phone number and emailed the pictures to them to show to the ownersI left with assurances that he would talk to the owners and get back to meThursday – Called the store to check on the statusI was told that they didn’t forget about me and still needed to talk to the owners and would call me backweeks laterWednesday – I went back into the store to get my money back from the chemicalsTalked with the same guy and asked for my money backHe said he couldn’t remember how we left itI told him that they were supposed to call me back weeks ago and I wanted my money backHe stated “sorry, that’s PROBABLY my fault.” Received my money back and will never go back again

Monday – Went into the store asking for help on my green pool. I brought a pool sample with me also the printout of my chemistry from another store. I was told that they would have it clean by the weekend if I came in everyday with my sample and did only what they told me to. The guy I spoke with said he wouldn’t be there tomorrow, but would leave instructions on what he wanted done with the women that was also there. Purchased chemical and left for the day.
Tuesday – I came back again with my sample and the 2 people that were there on Monday were not there. Talked with another guy and he sold me algaecide and liquid shock. Telling me that this will clear up the pool. I put the chemicals in like he instructed and left the pool to run over night.
Wednesday – Went back with a pool sample and before and after pictures. NO CHANGE. Talked with the same guy from Tuesday and he was stumped. I left my address, email, phone number and emailed the pictures to them to show to the owners. I left with assurances that he would talk to the owners and get back to me.
Thursday – Called the store to check on the status. I was told that they didn’t forget about me and still needed to talk to the owners and would call me back.
2 weeks later.
Wednesday – I went back into the store to get my money back from the chemicals. Talked with the same guy and asked for my money back. He said he couldn’t remember how we left it. I told him that they were supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago and I wanted my money back. He stated “sorry, that’s PROBABLY my fault.” Received my money back and will never go back again.
