MrL [redacted] has reported to us that at no time was there any misrepresentation as to the status of the number of bedrooms for the propertyIt was originally delivered as a one bedroom and the owner received permission from the building to create a second sleeping spaceThe paperwork was not formalized to complete the registering of the 2nd bedroom because there was tremendous interest in the unit as soon as it was put on the marketAll of this was explained to [redacted] when he viewed the unitThere were multiple offers on the unit, including [redacted] ***The seller received higher offers and ultimately decided to accept one of them, over [redacted] *** [redacted] was fully informed as to the fact that multiple offers were in place and that there was a contract out on the unitSeller agreed to send him a contract but unfortunately [redacted] did not sign in time to secure the sale and the terms he proposed were not acceptable the sellerBoth the seller and h is counsel have confirmed all of this information in writing to us

Please see attached for photographic evidence that MrL*** had originally listed the condo as a bedroomPlease see attached for additional photographic evidence that, after I pointed out to MrL*** that there was a difference between the offering plan and the online advertisement, he changed the Streeteasy advertisement to correct his misrepresentation -- all the while claiming that he had committed no error. MrL*** dishonestly claims that he has never advertised the condo on Streeteasy as a bedroom, but this is clearly false.Once I discovered the discrepancy, and because my bank told me there would likely be a difference in appraisal price, I decided not to pursue a transaction with himI am seeking the monetary sum for expenses that I would not have incurred if not for MrL***' material misrepresentation

Bold Leads automatically sends out emails with follow up questions in order to maintain more accurate information. [redacted] called [redacted] to let him know she would like to be removed from the service. In an effort to fulfill her request, [redacted] directed them to stop sending emails. [redacted] was unaware that he was supposed to access their system and remove her himself. Once this became apparent, he did so. He has apologized to [redacted] and feels badly about causing her any angst over this. He will not continue using this service.
