for that , for I do not remember using any foul languageAnd as far as abusive part, that might have been more to the point than abusive, that is what it took to get him to leave our lot after about to minutes to explain to him this could not have happened in our carwash, but he continue to make claims that we had done damage to his vehicle in front of other customersAnd now for the problem at handThe damage this customer is claiming we have done is not even possible to do with our soft cloth systemThe damage he has shown me is thru the clear coat and the paint and with a scraped area on the corner of his metal bumperThis had to be done by something harder than the material that the plastic part of the bumper cover is made of and not to mention the steel part of his chrome bumperEither him hitting something or someone hitting his truck without his knowledgeOur cloth can not possibly do the damage he is claimingHe also failed to mention that he let us re-wash his truck and walk through the carwash with me to show me how he thought I could possibly have happenedIf I thought someone or something had damage my vehicle I would certainly not want run it through there againBut he was fine with thatWhen we got to the end of the second wash and he saw that our cloth is just turning at slow rate with minimal pressure to the vehicle his response to me was that anything was possibleWell if our cloth was able to do that damage on the front corner of his truck then that kind of damage would be all the way down the complete side of the vehicle , because the same action and motion is consistent along both side if every vehicleOn march 4th we washed cars without any other complaints or issues with our washBeing In the business for plus years and hundreds of thousand washes we have never ever done any paint or body damage with our soft clothsSo in closing Ifeel that he owes me another for the second washThanks and sorry for wasting your time on this matter that is impossible to have happened herethanks *** *** owner
