In my camplaint I didn't mention my account balance of $1,that I couldn't withdraw as per Financial Advisor [redacted] 's As far as I know from what distributions told me, the money should settle and be available in your account tomorrow 7/17/Now I not only can't withdraw using my [redacted] Debit Card [redacted] good thru Nov (03:and 22:EDT 7/18) I can't reach the previos [redacted] number ###-###-#### which now gets to Merrill Lynch operator who put me on hold and never returned Same with the [redacted] ###-###-#### on the back of the card for outside US Canada! I can't even log on to my account at [redacted] or another Merrill Edge website!! Please help meIf you need, I'll email you the background of the $1,deposit on 7/into my account but not my [redacted] card Respectfully yours, [redacted] ***

Dear [redacted], How are you?  Since my submittal of my complaint on 7/14, Merrill Edge never acknowledged the receipt of it and when I email them their Advisory Center: We are not privy to that!  I then sent the following email on 8/4;   Dear [redacted] Service Resolution Specialist, Thank you very much for your [redacted] letter.  Thought the problems I seeked Revdex.com's help on 7/14 would have been resolved and won't need to bother you.  (Merrill Edge has never mentioned the Revdex.com complaint to me and when I emailed about a week ago the answer from The Advisory Center was that they are not 'privy' to that!) 1. The 2% fee on ATM withdrawals (never told me) have still not been reimbursed. 2. The 2 fees which have never been told me by anyone have still not been reimbursd. 3. The 340 shares of [redacted] sent to my account were told me not 'registered' in my name and are 'restricted' which I enquired of [redacted].  A [redacted] in [redacted] emailed me: There are no restricted shares in [redacted]!! [redacted], I need to resolve the above ASAP since The Advisory Center emailed me twice that Merrill Edge has 'closed' my account!!!  That way I can withdraw the balance on ATM here. Respectfully, [redacted] ps My emails have reported that [redacted] has never told me my account's 6 month residence requirement in the US.   I wouldn't have seeked Revdex.com's help had I been able to resolve the problems in Merrill Edge.  The Advisory Center has never mentioned the Revdex.com and when I emailed them they said they are not 'privy' to that.  In my 75 years no biz has ever charged me fees that had not been told me heforehand.  ? ? The Advisory Center acknowledged it on 8/12:? The written complaint letter we received from you on 07/13/2015 is currently being reviewed.  You will be receiving a response via letter when our review has been completed. Still no mention of the Revdex.com complaint!  Could they not have received it?! Respectfully, [redacted]
