We had a wonderful experience with RSU Contractors when our newly constructed home had a persistent ceiling leakThe builder tried repairing the defect no less than times without successWe finally decided to get our own contractor and called RSUThey gave us a fair estimate with a detailed contract of the work to be doneThey were professional, helpful and friendlyThey communicated regularly so we always knew the plan and status of repairsThey were thoughtful in their approach to the problem and brought in the different vendors needed to make the repairBefore closing the ceiling, they tested the repairs during several stormsWe were delighted to finally have no leaks for the first time since we purchased the homeThe cosmetic work was remarkableYou could not tell that the ceiling had ever been openedWe are so appreciative of their care and professionalism We'd recommend them without reservation
