Firstly, I have been a loyal customer for more than yearsHowever, the last few months, buckeye cable system has provided me with horrible service, internet speeds, and customer service adviceI have communicated with customer service members countless timesEvery time the conversation ends, none of my problems get resolvedI am seriously considering ending my contract with buckeyeHowever, it seems that they have a monopoly on my location in ToledoThis arises other concerns that I really do not have the time forFor all that are considering on getting buckeye cable systemDont!! "Buckeye" is solely the only service this company provides (aka a catchy name)"Cable System" should even be used to describe this company's mission statement

I am THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED with the billing practices of "Buckeye Broadband," formerly Buckeye Cablevision This most recent price increase in August came out of the blue with no warning in the previous month's invoice and no explanation on the current invoice I understand there was a very small notice in the back of one of the sections of The Blade but I am not a Blade subscriber And it was a significant increase, even for our very basic package Even more disturbing is the fact that they give different rates to different people, depending on who takes the time to call and question or complain! I called and got a reduction in my bill, but what about those people who do not complain? They are punished by having to keep the higher rate!! THIS IS UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!! I suppose that because the Blade and Buckeye Broadband are owned and managed by basically the same people, and there is no other cable competition available as a choice in this area, that Buckeye can continue to do whatever it pleases I know several neighbors who have cancelled all their Buckeye services and found other providers I am in the process of doing research and making a change within the next months And I am encouraging others to do the same!

I have never had a worse company than BuckeyeThere has been several occasions within the last months where I have purchased a product and have not been informed of all of the details of the dealLess than pleased with their services and customer representatives don't seem to want to explain anything or answer any questions you may haveWorst part is they are the only provider in my area

Not only that, they increase prices all the time so even if they say your bill will jump up to $after the promotion period is over, it doesn\'t mean it won\'t be more than that by then

Buckeye cable systems / ACI came to relocate our modem from upstairs to down stairs. They came to house, but I was unaware since they stated they knocked and no one was home. When we received the call that we missed their arrival we asked them to come back since we were clearly home. When they came back, they apparently had only knocked at the storm door to the 3 seasons room, which is not our main entry point, which is difficult to hear anything since there is also a room and an exterior door before entering the house. The company relocated the modem without difficulty and the Internet and phone line worked. they left and I turned the TV on and my satellite connection was lost. I called and the rude service man stated they would never touch another providers wires. However, my cable worked prior to their arrival but not after. It was clearly a mistake with capping off wire connections from my cable somewhere in the basement, accidently of course. They would not come back to fix it but told me to call my cable provider, which would cost me a service fee. I insisted they come back since it was something the installers did. I was told they would return at sometime but no one ever came. So I am now paying a fee to my dish cable people to come out a fix Buckeye's mistake

I know several neighbors who have cancelled all their Buckeye services and found other providers. I am in the process of doing research and making a change within the next 6 months. And I am encouraging others to do the same!

When changing service the supervisor I spoke with was extremely unhelpful. The key to customer service is being understanding and helpful and he was neither. I will not be a customer of Buckeye Cable again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Never go with buckeye cable they know they are the only provider in the area and takes advantage of customers. They raise my bill every month and states a Promotion has ended, my phone or other cable box did not work for almost five months and everytime I would call for help they would tell me I had to make a payment first and still it was not taken care of and yet I am still getting 200$ plus bills PER MONTH.THIS PLACE [redacted] AND SO DO THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have communicated with customer service members countless times. Every time the conversation ends, none of my problems get resolved. I am seriously considering ending my contract with buckeye. However, it seems that they have a monopoly on my location in Toledo. This arises other concerns that I really do not have the time for. For all that are considering on getting buckeye cable system. Dont!! "Buckeye" is solely the only service this company provides (aka a catchy name). "Cable System" should even be used to describe this company's mission statement.
