They have done work for us a number of times, and it was all excellent, done on time as promised and at a most reasonable price Their crews are courteous, diligent, utterly professional, and their equipment is top notch They recently removed a large dead maple tree from our front yard: 50-feet tall and 4-feet wide at the trunk Using a high-lift they cut down the tree, ground the stump and removed all debris in about a half day Mary Ann is an honorable lady and her word is her bond! I cannot over-emphasize the quality and integrity of this companyI highly recommend them with no reservations They are the best!

Merriman provided an estimate and I accepted via email They did not inform me of a date that work would be performed, but instead just showed up when I was not on the premises They butchered a once beautiful Sugar Maple, indicating they are not even slightly skilled arborists If you need a tree removed, I am sure they can handle that, but trimming is beyond their ability I probably will have to have my tree removed as a result of their incompetence
