Review: Merritt cab picked up my friend at the [redacted] Metro station in [redacted] on Friday March 29 at around 5 pm. Although my friend gave him carefully printed directions to a location five minutes away (my house the driver drove him for an hour (at this point; it's still going on) all over the metro region.Desired Settlement: refund - I would also like merritt's total incompetence (or rip-off tactic) to be widely known.
