We have been out of town and we went today to look at the issue and we did everything we were suppose to do that was agreed on for the jobOur sons who are qualified and years old and older went to do the job they were very qualified and skilled to do the jobFor the $she tried to get them to cut the whole tree down which was not what we agreed onThey did say the whole tree could be removed for $and that is where she is getting the $quote fromWe did the job that was agreed on which was to trim the limbs that were hanging over the pool and we also did a little more than that We did call her and let her know we can cut the whole tree for $1200, but there is no way we could cut the entire tree down for $
