We have been out of town and we went today to look at the issue and we did everything we were suppose to do that was agreed on for the job. Our sons who are qualified and 30 years old and older went to do the job they were very qualified and skilled to do the job. For the $650 she tried to get them...
to cut the whole tree down which was not what we agreed on. They did say the whole tree could be removed for $1200 and that is where she is getting the $1200 quote from. We did the job that was agreed on which was to trim the limbs that were hanging over the pool and we also did a little more than that. We did call her and let her know we can cut the whole tree for $1200, but there is no way we could cut the entire tree down for $650.
