On 2/11/16 [redacted] called to set up service and in all
of our notes when she described her home she said  “Its pretty clean” and do to the size she
described it normally takes two girls 1 ½ - 2 hours.
However as the girls started to clean on 2/15/16 they
realized the home was in...

much more need than described over the phone. Molding
and woodwork needed to be washed and magic erased not just dusted. She told
them her major concern was that her boyfriend wanted to make sure they did all
the blinds, which are very time consuming. The bathroom and kitchen needed a
really good cleaning also, and there was a lot of buildup of dog hair where my employee
had to use rags to gather hair because our vacuum would get clogged.  Especially when we went to make up the bed all
on the sides were clumps of hair and other things that needed to be removed.  All of this needed extra time and was not told
to us over the phone.  
Prior to the customer leaving the home they had asked
permission to continue and Ms. [redacted] agreed to the additional time. If she had
not my employees would not have continued to clean.
On 2/18/15 we received a survey filled out by Ms. [redacted]
giving us a 2 out of 10 and stating the job 
“wasn’t as clean as she would of liked it for the price”
I immediately called her and asked her what was wrong and if
we can go back since we guarantee our work by cleaning things over.  She could only indicate the blinds and 1
molding in the bathroom that it still has gunk on it and would not let us
return because she did not feel comfortable. I again told her I was sorry to
hear this and was she sure there was nothing else since we received a 2 and we
were there quite some time. She replied “no just that what I thought for the
money didn’t happen”. I asked again if we could please come back and she said
no. I told her then if she used us in the future I would give her something off
her cleaning ,she said okay.
Then on 2-22-16 we received a letter from the Revdex.com.  After reading thru all of it windows are never
included automatically nor did she discuss or ask us for them.  The blinds were done but we can only do the
best we can and had to move on to the rest of the home.  This can become very time consuming and our
hourly rate would be more than purchasing new ones. Again this was never mentioned
as her main concern over the phone. For walls floors and baseboard they magic
erased and washed as much as possible since they were very dirty more than we
were told.  
From what we ended up having to clean, you can see it was a different
situation then described over the phone and our employees worked very hard at
getting many areas clean. If she would have told us the details needed we would
of even set up an estimate to go out and see the home and  I would have  told her how time consuming blinds can be if
they had been kept up. Again she said it was “pretty clean.”
We would gladly go out and take care of things but we do not
feel she should receive a full refund since she had  a lot of cleaning done in her home that was more
than satisfactory.

BE WARNED - READ THE FINE PRINT AND DO THE MATH on your first estimate. The format of the estimate and content of the in-house conversation with the owner hides the fact that they plan to charge you MORE THAN DOUBLE for the first cleaning. My regular cleaning was fixed at $175, but for the first cleaning they charged me $510!!!! Of course this jaw-dropping $ amount appears nowhere on the statement. This equals $64 per worker per hour, much more than the regular cleaning price.

Review: I was initially encouraged hiring this company after reading such great reviews online. They showed up pretty much on time, but was already discouraged when they wrote down they started the cleaning at 10:00 as it was already 10:15. as you pay for the time it upset me but I let them conitinue. They women seemed friendly , and nice told me it would be about two hours which I told them was fine. When I came home I saw the bill for over three hours, to which I never said was okay but what could I do at that point. I slowly did a walk around and came across to manyproblems to not make a comlaint. I have a small ranch an there were two women I mean how can you miss such things. I told the women I wanted windows and blinds done! blinds were semi clean, so once I opened my bay window wasnt even touched!! how could you miss such a huge window? The bathroom which is extremely tiny , had scuffs on the walls had to repaint, must have been from there stuff hitting. My bathroom door was also still dirty along with the baseboards and trim? it was a mediocre job that I wouldnt ever had payed$348 for !

Wouldnt reccomend again, and dont feel comfortable with them coming back.Desired Settlement: Full refund
