I had ordered some food and it did not arrive at my house on time, I had to call the business to find out what happened with my order and I was disrespected when I had inquired about my order, I did receive it two hours after I had placed the order and I am not pleased with this business anymore
This store is th absolute worstI ordered a pizza at 9pm and at 10:30pm I called to track the order after it said it was ready for minutesI love about minutes away and the “manager” stated that delivery is estimated about 3-hours and hanged up the phoneI called back and her response was what else is there to discuss? How about the fact that I have to wait 3-hours plus pay the $for delivery and in 3-hours receive a stone cold pizza? Why is this acceptable? 3-for delivery: I order food often 2-3X weekly and I’ve never waited 3-for any deliveryHow is this business on this location allowed to continue? Is it because of the demographic make up of the neighborhood that delivery is that long and the manager have no courtesy to speak to paying customers in a respectful manner? I called back for the third time and was told I would be refunded in 5-daysSo I’m out $because I didn’t want to wait 3-hours for delivery of cold pizza and no have to wait 5-business days to receive my credit? There should be an option if zero stars
HiI placed an order with domino's pizzaMy card was charged for the pizzaI tracked the order and it said the driver left with my orderAfter almost hrs my order was still not delivered but my card was chargedI called the store and a disgruntled and rude employee proceeded to scream at me stating an old man called and cancelled the order stating that he never placed it and someone was using is card without his permission so my order was cancelledThey claimed they tried to call me to tell me this but I never received a callShe then proceeds to get nasty with me when I told her this all sounded like a fabricated story because your driver probably messed upI was then told she had my card number and could do whatever she wantedI asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she was the managerI had to call my bank to cancel my card because she implied that she would do something fraudulentThis whole process has been very time consuming and taxing on me
The second time we ordered from this location the delivery driver failed to contact me and let me know he was outsideI called the store multiple times and the phone would ring a few times and then someone would hang upWhen I finally got through they told me that for some reason they never called me and they don't know whyWhen they re-delivered the order it was incorrectI ordered today and have been waiting for an hour and mins, I called again and got hung up on againThe tracker said the driver left the store an hour ago and we still have no foodWhen I finally got through the woman told me the driver is on his way, when the food got her the driver had an attitude and the food was cold
