I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However in response to the attorney's email I was never informed about the deed because I found out about it through my ex-wife when I found out she needed it to buy her houseI was never informed by the attorney it was being mailed otherwise this action would not have been necessaryI was told that when she got it back that she would send it out

This is in response to your email dated July 21, 2017 which was received by my office at 2:42 PM. This is the first correspondence that I have received from Revdex.com regarding this matter, despite your stated attempts to reach my office. Perhaps you had incorrect contact information. complaint, he asks for a copy of the deed to his property. It is my recollection that Mr. [redacted] had been told by my office that a copy of his deed was available at the [redacted] County Clerk's Office and that he could get a copy at any time. The deed was filed on June 21, 2016. It is also my recollection that a copy was mailed to him previously. However, apparently, he did not receive it. I regret that he did not receive this in a timely manner from this office. A copy has been emailed to him today, and also placed in the U.S. Post office box outside my office. I am assuming he will receive both these copies and this will satisfy his request. If anything further is needed in response to this complaint please do not hesitate to contact me.
