I found this owner to be reputable, responsive, thorough and helpful throughout the construction.process. He was careful to explain the products he offered and the service his company would provide. He was always available to answer questions and to address my concerns. The contract price was reasonable. The company's personnel, from the oerson who answered the phone to the workers and the supervisor were professional and pleasant. They demonstrated themselves to be an experienced and competent group of folks. We are definitely pleased with the result.
Ken has built 2 pools for me and they have turn out fantastic. One vinyl liner and one gunite with water features. He doesn't just build and go on his way, service after the sale is very good and he follows through with problem solving. Even had a pump fail on a holiday weekend and they were there to get it replaced so as not to miss pool time!!!

Whenever I need them to open/close the pool or any other maintenance I'm not able to do myself, they've always been just one call away. They are very prompt in coming to do the work I've called for.
