Review: I bought an engagement ring and wedding ring for my wife. She didn't like it. So when I went to go return it, they refused to return it. The whole time I bought it, I was led to believe we had the option exchange or return it. The said since her finger was so small that the could not take the refund. I thought that was something they should have told me when I bought the ring. In fact I called a couple weeks earlier and told them to cancel the custom ring size because we are looking to change it anyways and yet it was still made. When we came in to return the size 5 size ring they gave me for the wedding event, we told them we did not want the custom ring size, but we wanted to return the ring. So now we are stuck with a ring that doesn't even fit her and with something that we cannot even return. We tried looking for another ring at their store, but their selection is limited and they are refusing to allow us to return the itemDesired Settlement: I wish to be able to return the ring and get a refund. I never want to shop at this store ever again.
