information we’ve gathered thus far, we rule out the following.Your request to for reimbursement of your refrigerator and food loss totaling to $1489.12 is declined. This decision is based on the facts and rules we abide by. In detail — we hold no responsibility purchasing back defective units, your extended warranty does. Therefore, such requests should be directed directly to the extended warranty company you’re currently being serviced by, not us. Same applies to the food loss program, your extended warranty company may or may not have such policy in place. Please check your contract for details. In addition, our company has no legal responsibility to reimburse customers for food loss due to appliance malfunction. As for falsifying documents, as you claim, we have evidence other than what was mentioned in your correspondence.
