want to consider a new business. I have spent over 24 hours dealing with your poor workmanship, I have neither the time nor inclination to deal any more with such a shady business. I will also lodge a complaint with the consumer protection department for the Defense Department, as well as disputed the charges with my bank because of your deceptive practices and poor workmanship and lackluster customer service. This gentleman had no problem related to his alarm system. It was a fully functional alarm. There was no obligation to work on the vehicle years after a purchase was made. Our labor rate is $95 per hour. At the gentleman's direction we disconnected his alarm system. This service is a billable...

service. The gentleman was not billed. Once disconnected the alarm had no further effect on the vehicle. Any charges related to the vehicle authorized by the gentleman are his and his alone. We did not authorize or suggest we would pay the charges he incurred and were in no way a party to the decision of that. No refund, no reimbursement will be made.

have done this already without any success.  Not only did I do this on several occasions, I also called and asked to speak with the owner and got the run around. If that is there only suggestion I would like to be refunded the money paid.

Mr. [redacted] 16 year old starter on his [redacted] Altima needed to be replaced and it had nothing to do with having a remote control alarm installed. software that work. Regarding the installation: Our staff for more than 16 years have installed remote starts every day. When the remote start is demo started for the customer if it is hooked up wrong as this gentleman asserts it will not start the car and simultaneously it will throw a code which means the dash panel light CHECK ENGINE will illuminate. Neither of these things happened. The mechanic who replaced the starter also disconnected and removed the perfectly functioning remote start so Mr. [redacted] disingenuously wants someone else to pay for his predicament.

This gentleman has issues unrelated to our workmanship that we cannot resolve. A light bulb on his car goes out and he blames us. He uses his car stereo balance control improperly and blames us that his speakers on one side do not work. He purchased elsewhere a face kit for his dash that he is later...

unsatisfied with. Now he has an unrelated issue with an a/c control module and wants us to pay his vehicle maintainence and repairs. We do not offer a warranty or guarantee to provide future repairs to any vehicle. Our responsibility ends when the customer accepts the vehicle unless the products were purchased from us. If the products were purchased from us we have limited obligations under our dealer agreement with the manufacturer.

The issue is due to the owner or one of the previous owners having attempted to do an installation themselves. When we originally removed the factory stereo we could see the wiring harness had been tapped (spliced)  into and cut prior to arriving at our store.The customer was advised he needed...

a new one but did not want to purchase one and asked us to proceed with the installation and repair his harness to the best of our ability. The customer  returned a few weeks later and  now wanted the harness replaced at our cost. The problem he said existed was non-existent and could not be duplicated. In an effort to assist the customer we reinstalled his original radio and checked each and every electrical function of the car to make certain there were no problems. We are thankful for this service from the Revdex.com as we now have irrefutable evidence the customer himself has attempted to install the stereo himself and we are convinced he damaged the vehicle prior to it's arrival at our store. The red flag for us was him telling us not to cut his harness. What he didn't realize was we were installing a plug and play stereo and didn't need to cut his wires.
