I have been trying to activate my card since receiving treatment 2 months ago. Each time there is a problem, like the portal is closed and the latest issue is that I can't get past recaptcha for my non robot status. I'm quite sure I'm human, but the website is still contemplating my status as of yet. Wonder what the next problem will be, but from my reading of reviews, I gather that even if I can get through before 12.31, the virtual money will be located on a physical card with nothing behind it. It's already unfair that we women have to compete physically with 20 year olds on a daily basis. Now we're being humiliated on a daily basis with chasing the rainbow of this voucher with nothing at the end. I would rather answer all the questions of an 80s telemarketer on my dial phone than chase them around online with my souped up cell phone. I guess us old people have nothing else better to do. Guess I'll sit here and take selfies and wait for Merz to acknowledge my humanity.

Company advertised $100 gift card when product purchased before June 30 2016. I submitted for it and was told it expired March 30 and is now only $50.I went to my Dermatologist May 26 to receive Botox type treatment. She used Merz product. They then told me that if I purchased $600 up front of the product I would get a $100 Visa gift card to use anywhere. They gave me a card which clearly stated that the "Xperience $100 Savings Program" must be redeemed before 6/30/2016. I had to go on line and order the card which I did and then I had to enter an Activation PIN Code which I did. It was only a $50 gift card. I called the company Friday, June 17th because I was sure there was a mistake. The rep proceeded to tell me that there was no mistake that the program ended March 30th even though my instruction card said June 30. He said they changed the program to end early and now it is only worth $50 and it was my doctors fault for not telling me it is now only $50. I said that is ludicrous because I have it in writing that the $100 offer ends June 30. He said it doesn't matter that they will not honor it. I waited to talk to a supervisor for 30 minutes and when she finally got on phone she reiterated the same thing and they refused to honor the $100 offer. I told them you can just change the rules halfway through when I have it in writing. It is unethical business practice to not honor what I have in writing. It is the only reason I went ahead and bought the $600 worth of product. I was issued a $50 [redacted] "Reward Card" as a result of purchasing services. I have tried using the card on numerous instances and the card is declined.As a perk to use services/product from MERZ Aesthetics, I was to be issued a $50 [redacted] card. Going to the website printed on the card show me my balance, but the tabs to customer service/user agreement/terms are unable to be opened. I bought a $250 product from this company with the promise of getting the $50 in return, yet have been defrauded. A bunch of doctors are promoting a patient rewards program from Merz Aesthetics/ Merz Pharamaceuticals stating if you get injections of[redacted] for your choice of treatment, you will recieve $50 [redacted] prepaid card. I have received my gift card, activated and all, and it does not work anywhere. On [redacted] multiple people are complaining about their reward cards not working. I received three coupons worth $50 each for a patient reward offer and I cannot redeem them as promised.I was visiting [redacted] when a friend and I decided to get Botox and facial fillers at [redacted].
