9/15/Attn To Whom It May Concern Revdex.com, *** *** From Phil W*** owner-Mesa Financial Dear Sir or Maam, The customer making complaint had a loan with us & made payment through april satisfactory, Approx in may we contacted her when became delinquent & she advised
with negative attitude she was fired & couldn't payWe explained we would work with her but it was to soon to modify or Reduce balance, from then till the end of august her attitude was harassing with plenty of claims without meritWe then filed & served her & she advised mother would be in to pay offAfter the pay off was made she called and complaint about balance but never about making pay off with her motherNow its important to know HIPAA is a medical term, for Heath Insurance Portability Accountability Act , And at know time refers to a collection in business violationI am satisfied with our account being paid out as the contract was made to begin with & I wish Ms *** the best in her future

I am rejecting this response because:When I lost my employment I called immediately and asked Ashley to do a settlement or if they can accept partial payment. Ashley told me NO! She said they don't do settlements or partial payment. They were not willing to work with me. I told them that I can see what I can do. That was the end of that conversation. I kept getting rude and harrassing calls, which I still have saved! I called them back letting them know it's against my consumer rights to collect as such. I get served with papers while my mother was with me, concerned she asked what it was regarding. I told her " I OWED MONEY FOR A LOAN AND NOT TO WORRY IT WAS NOTHING MAJOR" I didn't want her to stress about my financial situation! Without my knowledge she went to Mesa Financial and paid off my account. When I asked what went on, she told me " The gentlemen helping her was going to have her pay 2 payments fir what I was behind. She told him she wants to pay off my account. He gave her tge balance, the court fees, and serving fees. My account was given to my mother, which I did not want her knowing details of it. My privacy was completely broken. There's no way that is legal! The response from Mesa Financial is not close to the truth. I have voicemails of Ashley being rude. I did call to let them know that their collection process was rude and harrassing!
