Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from [redacted] at Mesa Golf Carts is unacceptable for the reason I stated in my complaint I was quoted a total price of $including pick up and delivery and that amount would be charged to my [redacted] card Tax was never even discussed The first time I called 8/to report the erroneous charge on my [redacted] bill he said there must have been a mistake made and still never mentioned a charge for delivery, pick up and tax to account for the $charge In subsequent calls this charge was never mentioned either and he continued to say he would take care of the refund On 8/14/he still said he would take care of the refund after going to the bank and would call me back When he didn't call I called him again in the afternoon and that was when he said he was sending me a bill for delivery and tax I have not made any complaints and do not appreciate being threatened because I asked to be reimbursed per our agreement I should be reimbursed $ Regards, [redacted] ***

How to you respond to somebody in that frame of mindWhen you call ***

call she asked how much for a weekly rental of a golf cartThe price is
$195.00, and then she asked for it to be delivered that is another charge just

Tax is added on to the rental just like it would be added on to the
refrigerator at ***All she seems to be remembering is the rental charge
If you think you got a bad deal call around and get a quote from another golf
cart rental placeThey are all a minimum of$per day times days plus
a delivery and pick up of at least $each way oh and of course plus tax
I am done with the non sense hereIf you choose to post any negative
comments I promise I will see both of you in Court
In regards to her statement where she "doesn't appreciate being threaten"
There is no threat here it is a promiseI don't intend to have my business
upset by somebody who feels she doesn't have to pay sales tax
This letter shall serve notice as a intent to file a lawsuit if there are any
derogatory remarks said or published against Mesa Golf Carts or myselfThis

*** ***'s response to my complaint is unacceptable and rude He is correct, other vendors I contact for service or sales will advise me of any sales tax and delivery charges if applicable when quoting a total price *** didn't June 30th he never mentioned tax or delivery and pickup fees that would be added and he also had opportunity to do so in subsequent conversations but didn't do so to explain the discrepancy in the quote It wasn't until our second conversation 8/14/after he told me earlier he would reimburse me and would call me back but didn't, I had to call him, that he said he was mailing an invoice To cover his error he sent me an after the fact invoice which didn't even include the method of payment or a receipt for my credit card charge There was never any apology for not properly quoting the real cost nor any denial He got tired of me calling and decided to send the invoice to cover thing up

I have not made any false complaints and do not appreciate being threatened because I asked to be reimbursed per our agreement.  I should be reimbursed $105.60

Review: 6/30/14 I reserved a 4 seater Club car with [redacted] for the week of 7/1-7/7 at the agreed to price of $195 including pick up and delivery. He said he would deliver it 6/30 as that was better for them and there would be no additional charge. I provided my [redacted] for full payment. [redacted] delivered and picked up. My [redacted] bill came with a 7/2 charge of $300.60. 8/7 I called [redacted] to clear up the mistake and he laughed and said someone made a mistake, he would take care of it later as he was in the field. Subsequent calls he was also in the field and would say he would take care of it that day. 8/14 about 9:30 am I advised him I had been very patient and would like a refund of $105.60 that day. He said he was on the way to the bank and would do so. When he didn't respond I called back in the afternoon and he said he had sent me that day a $90 invoice in the mail for delivery fees. I told him that was not acceptable, not the agreement, and would be reporting the incident. He laughed and hung up.Desired Settlement: Agreed to $195 rental of a 4 seater Club Caar with delivery and pick up. Charge 7/2/14 to my [redacted] was $300.60.Refund due my [redacted] is $105.60 immediately.

free, so our minimum delivery fee is $65.00 each way and we gave her a break

because we had another delivery nearby. Ms. [redacted] wants the deliver fee and

the sales tax refunded back to her. I suggest she takes the invoice to the Board

of Equitation to get the $15.60 back since we have already paid it to them. As

far as the delivery goes it stands as is.

One more thing; This letter shall serve notice as a intent to file a lawsuit if
