unintentional. However, for eight dollars, we do not want to get into a dispute about addition! We told her on the phone that we would refund the difference to her by check, which we have done and mailed. She was assure this would be handled to her satisfaction, so I am sorry that she felt the need to go further and complain to your bureau. We appreciate very much your assistance in this matter.
