Mesa Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I'll start by saying DrMiran H [redacted] is extremely pushy and is very rudeI went to DrMiran H [redacted] in September of for a crown that needed to be done When they were discussing the prices and brought up that the crowns done in house were more than I wanted to spend, I asked to have it sent out and I would schedule another appointment DrMiran Ho decided that she would make the crown in house at a discounted rate so I would not need to make another appointmentThe crown cost me over $500+ out of pocket and they billed my insurance company for the restAt the begin of March 2018, The crown chipped I scheduled an appointment to have the crown replaced, under warrantyI when to the office and sat down in the dental chairWhen DrMiran H [redacted] came in, she asked me what the problem isI told her that the crown that I had done months prior broke and I need it replaced, under warranty She persisted to tell me that the crown was made in house as professional courtesy and the crown did not have a warranty I was not told this at the time of the original service She did replace the crown but that still leaves the point that the crown does not have a warranty for years like every other crown that I have ever had doneKnowing that the first crown DrMiran H [redacted] did in September broke months after it was done, I am livid that this one is not covered under warranty Because the insurance company was billed, I will not be able to have this crown replaced if it happens to break and have my insurance company pick up any of the bill for the next yearsSo I will be stuck with a $2,bill that I will need to pay forI do not recommend DrMiran H [redacted] to anyoneThis is the worst dentist I have ever seen, DrMiran H [redacted] is rude and very pushy toward all of her patientsShe recommends treatments that are not needed just so she can bill the insurance companies for a little extra

The dentist, and hygienist at the Mesa Modern Dentistry office in Dana Park gave reading on the condition of my gums, requiring me to undergo the deep scaling cleaning instead of regular adult prophy This procedure was not covered by my insurance, which they knew I went to a new dentist shortly thereafter, had a second opinion, and the readings were great and they agreed with me that I had been scammed This dentist office also puts on crowns immediately, knowing full well that a root canal is needed, or soon will be This requires the patient to PAY TWICE for a procedure that should have been taken care of correctly the first time This same incident happened to my daughter, who is also a patient there Additional money, pain, and inconvenience!!!!

Found this place based on advertising $cleaningCame in early for appointment and was seen thirty minutes after scheduled timeBegan with X-rays (lady was very pleasant) then hygienist (different person) examined gumsWas told I needed costly deep cleaning although my oral health was very goodA consultant was sent in to discuss dental plan, doctor never even examined my mouth !
