I have berber carpet and have had several companies do my carpet the stains came right back. But with [redacted] he warn me and did a sample part and then the whole family room (large) I told the wife lets wait a couples days before moving furniture back in and wow 2 weeks later still looks great. Thank you for your product and Specially for [redacted].

I hired this company to clean my carpet and they did get it clean. However, he apparently used too much solution as it took 2-3 days to dry and has left a horrible odor. They advertise that the carpet will dry in one hour. He also walked on my laminate floor with the solution and left it sticky and dirty. They also use some kind of powdery stuff which they are supposed to vacuum up, but he missed one area. Plus he charged me for cleaning a rust stain without telling me there would be an extra charge.
I had the same company out the year before and had no such problems. I called the other day but so far have not received a call back.
My house now reeks although I have tried several odor control products.
