Mesa Park Apartments was the absolute worst living experience I ever hadThey are very unprofessionalThe maintenance staff is incompetent and nobody seems to careMy plumbing backed up times when I lived thereNothing every got replace just a quick "duct tape" fixRoaches that never went away even though I kept my house cleanThe most disgusting carpet everThe carpet guy even told me that he told the apartment that our carpet needed to be replacedThe washer agitator plates was broken and would pop off during a load, it was never fixed even though we notified themOur garbage disposal would clog and it needed to be replace but they never did thatAnd there was a lot of minor things that were never taken care ofIf I got into every single bad experience I would be able to publish a bookI was so glad when I moved outThen I recently received a collection notice for a bill for things that were done to the apartmentI never even received the initial bill because the apartment company sent it to my last address, which was my apartment when I lived there, even though I gave them a forwarding addressThe thing that makes me mad was I never did an initial walk through and when we did our last walk through the assistant manager never said we would be charged for thingsShe didn't even have a form just a notepadWe didn't sign anythingThey are just so cheap and will try to get money to pay for things they don't want to replace but have to
