I am rejecting this response because: Teh guys knew the truck as they have had it before. I have never broke an axel on the truck. The rear gears that were stock broke on the freeway. The axel is either broke or not broke, there is no in between. It very well maybe an unfortunate accident, but his guy was driving it on his property.

On 4/10/15 [redacted] brought his truck in for a satellite radio antenna. The installer backed out of the parking space, maybe 30 feet, and put the truck in to drive to pull it in the garage. It was at this point that his left rear axle broke. The truck has been highly modified with a lift kit and 36"...
tires. The engine is over 450 horsepower, as stated by [redacted]. All this on a half ton drive train. The installer did not 'gun' or 'hot rod' the truck while trying to pull in. It was an unfortunate coincidence that the axle broke at that time. It was obviously already stressed or damaged if it broke just moving it in the parking lot. A few days prior to his appointment, [redacted] had taken another installer for a test drive around the neighborhood to test the placement of the satellite radio antenna. On this test drive [redacted] was driving quite aggressively. He also told us that he had broken an axle previously. We did not abuse the truck in any way while moving it. It is unfortunate that the axle broke when it did.
