I understand the disappointment you must have felt when you realized that your car was towedPer lease which you [redacted] * [redacted] signed that states Vehicles and Parking: Owner may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking all vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles The following vehicles are prohibited: Vehicles with flat tires or which are otherwise inoperable;Vehicles without current registration;Vehicles taking up more than one parking space or parked in a reserved space;Vehicles belonging to a resident or occupant who has surrendered or abandoned the Dwelling Unit;Vehicles parked in a marked handicap space without displaying the legally required handicap insignia;Vehicles parked in a fire lane, or designated “no parking” area; or parked illegally or blocking another vehicle from exiting;Vehicles parked in a space marked for other resident(s) or unit(s);Commercial or public vehicles, boat trailers or recreational vehicles which Owner has not approved in writing.Any prohibited vehicles may be towed off the premises by Owner or a towing company employed by Owner Towing may occur with or without prior notice and is at the expense of the owner of the vehicle Motorcycles shall not be parked inside the dwelling, or on sidewalks or common areas The office was not notified about the car being on propertyThe car did not have current registration tag on the carThe car had flat a flat tire I also understand the disappointment you must have felt when you realized that you have not paid your rent and we had to start the evictionPer lease which you [redacted] * [redacted] signed that states: Upon expiration of the day notice all delinquent files will be subject to legal eviction proceedings through Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court All evictions incur additional charges for filing & service fees that will be added to the rental account We would also like to address the late fee issues, per lease Late Charges: If rent and all other charges due are not paid in full on or before the 3rd day of the month, Resident shall pay a late charge of 10% of monthly rent until all rents are paid in full Said late charge shall in no case exceed ten percent (10%) of the monthly rent Resident shall also pay an additional $for each dishonored check, plus late charges We also have had to a conversation with [redacted] about the number of occupancies living in her unitPer lease that states: Use: Resident agrees to use the premises only for a private residence with no more than persons in occupancy In addition to Resident(s), the premises may only be occupied by the following persons: Any changes in the names and numbers of occupants shall be first approved by Owner in writing Resident may allow guests to stay in the Dwelling Unit for a reasonable time, however, persons not listed above must not stay in the Dwelling Unit for more than ten (10) days in any month or they will be considered unauthorized Residents Resident shall not conduct business of any kind in or about the premises without first obtaining Owner’s written permission Resident shall do no remodeling and shall make no other alterations of any kind to the Premises without the written consent of Owner [redacted] also has people calling Mesa Ridge acting like they are from Revdex.com and we had filed a police report for Harassment I hope you can understand our position when I must deny your request for the late fee to be waived May I suggest that you can call different places for rental assistanceThank you for your understanding

I moved in these apartments in OctoberI have paid my rent on time every month I pay the month before it's dueI am a single mom fighting two types of CancerMy apartment has been broken in to twice.The door was unlocked and locked back so someone has a key to my apartment other then meI have both copies the office gave me and the office has a keyMy most precious memories I will never be able to get back with pictures of my daughter being born and pictures when I first started chemoLaptops, Tablets,Purses and, my daughters bed room setI have come home to my home being trashedI have contacted the Mesa police and they have came twice with finger printing and police reportsI have contacted Michelle at the front office she is the leasing Manager and she tells me well I dont know what to say it was probably those kids living with youI am shocked cause the only kid who lives with me is my daughter and she is She said I dont know what to tell youShe had no remorse no em

Everything has been addressed concerning this unitResident has called to say she doesn't have a wall patch to complete and explain to our residents it's very hard to finish work orders when they try to limit one schedules with their demands on when we can enterManager Nikki M***

I am rejecting this response because: we're always home no one shows up ever no one has been there since 8/18 to even check it to see if its dry and I'm pretty sure that's why you guys have a key to get in, all I asked was if I wasn't there if you could call and let me know that they would be going so I can be aware

I offered to the resident to change locks to the apartment and she denied the offer to change the locks.  I offered so that she may feel more comfortable even though during the phone conversation it was mentioned that the window was open and there appeared to be prints around the window for either entry or exit or possibly both.I have added the resident to the pest control treatment scheduled for February 24, 2016.  Appropriate notice will be delivered to the resident to notify of the intent to enter and treat the unit.Michelle K[redacted]Community Manager[redacted]Mesa, AZ 85210Phone - [redacted]Fax - [redacted]Cell - [redacted]

car did not have current registration tag on the car. The car had flat a flat
