We want to make it clear here that what is said in the complaint is not true to the fact.
1.
font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal;">      About the dark room
Literally it is not a dark room. It has two lights. When we do massage, we have one light on, which is not very bright. When massage finishes, we have both lights on for the customers to arrange their clothes and belongings.
2.      About the dispute on price
We do have an advertisement on the door: 10 min for $12. But we told the couple it was done on a chair. At first, the lady wanted chair massage, while her husband wanted body massage. The husband asked about the price, and we said $50 an hour. After discussion the couple agreed on couple body massage for an hour. The receptionist failed to explain further that $50 an hour is only for one customer, whereas couple body massage is $120. We have detailed prices on the price list attached to this mail.
When [redacted] and another massagist came in for work, the couple were lying on the massage tables. [redacted] asked how long they would like to have, the husband answered: one hour. So the couple both had body massage for an hour.
3.      About touching body parts
We have chair massage and body massage. Chair massage is done on the neck, shoulders and back. Body massage deals with the neck, shoulders, back, arms and legs. Through the process of body massage, the customers lie on the massage table with their pants on and a sheet (and a blanket on request) to cover their body.
The lady told [redacted], the massagist, that her neck, shoulders and back hurt badly, so [redacted] mainly worked on the above-mentioned parts. One of the procedure of body massage is work on the muscles and acupoints on and around the bottom. So [redacted] did work on these muscles and acupoints, but it was part of the job, and he didn’t violate her. He just did massage on the muscles and acupoints for a few minutes as the procedure requires, but NEVER for 50 minutes as the lady complained.
4.      About the customer’s feeling of uncomfortableness and being violated.
Habitually, the massagist will ask the new customer whether the pressure is ok if the answer is negative, he or she will make some adjustment of the pressure accordingly. And if the customer feel comfortable with the pressure and says “ok”, the massagist will go on with the same pressure.
While doing massage on her neck and shoulders, [redacted] said “it’s very tight”, and the lady said ”yes”. Then [redacted] did ask “is the pressure ok” and she answered “good”. If she felt uncomfortable, why didn’t she tell [redacted]? If she felt uncomfortable while [redacted] did massage on the muscles and acupoints on and near the bottom, why didn’t she tell [redacted] or her husband? Why didn’t she prevent his doing? How could she have put up with him for 50 minutes? But she didn’t say a single word against him through and after the process before they left.
Another detail is: her husband was in the same room at the same time. The distance between the two tables is very short: if the customers extend their arms, they could touch the others hand. The lady customer didn’t say a single word against the massagist or his service to her husband during the massage time.
Just think: how did the therapist dare to violate the lady with her husband by her side?
Further detail: When the therapist asked how much they would like to give for tip, the lady said they would not give tip this time and said “next time”.
To our understanding: she would like to give tip NEXT TIME. So if a customer says he or she would give the massagist tip next time, then he or she is telling us that he or she will come for a second time. Surely, contrary to what she said in her complaint, this lady customer should not have felt violated or uncomfortable before they left.
So in her complaint, the lady didn’t tell the truth.
In fact, we feel insulted by the lady’s remarks! She is not telling the truth. She is defaming us.
5.      About the payment
When the husband made the payment, the therapist explained to him that couple body massage cost $120. The husband examined the pricelist and agreed on it. The lady was at his side and she didn’t have objections.
The husband paid by credit card, so he paid $4 for credit card charge.
So the fact is the lady customer was at the scene when her husband was making the payment and she knew how much they paid. Not as she said in the letter “when we got in the car, my husband told me how much they charged.”
Concerning this, we have a monitor and had the whole process recorded, and we can send a copy of the video to the Revdex.com on request.
6.      About her complaint on the phone
The following days the lady called twice and said she only agreed to pay $54. Otherwise, she said, she would make complaint. Another receptionist answered the call. Because her English is not good enough, she asked the lady to come to our center to solve the problem, but the lady refused.
7.      Our position
·We reject the complaint of violation and taking advantage of them, because it is not true.
They may complain on our language proficiency for better communication but not our work ethics. We feel insulted by their saying. We have evidence to show that [redacted] Lu enjoys a good reputation among his customers from several states and some countries.
·We may return them $20 if they insist, just because due to our poor language proficiency, we failed to explain to them clearly the charge for couple body massage is more than two separate customers before the massage began.
We insist that they received our service and when they left the center they didn’t say anything against the skills and attitude of the two therapists. So they should pay for the respective service they got.
They should understand that the advertisement: 10 min for $12 means the charge for one customer, so when we say $50 an hour for body massage is also a charge for one customer instead of a couple as they understand.
·They should come to our center to get the money because we don’t know how to give them the money if they refuse to come. Or they may teach us how to return them the money.
·If the customers are not satisfied with our solution and wish for a solution inside legal system, we reserve our right to sue them for defamation over their remarks.

Review: Went to get a massage that was advertised on the door. 10 min for $12.00. My husband and I both were getting one and the lady said its in a chair, we said ok. She said to do a couples massage it's $50.00 so we said ok. They took us into a dark room and [redacted] touched my neck and said very tight. I said yes. He then left my neck after a minute and rubbed my bottom. I was uncomfortable but I never had a massage so I let him do his massage. While when I got up I realized he "massaged" my bottom for 50 min. Then my husband went to pay and [redacted] my massage guy charged him $124.00. We walked out I told my husband I left there feeling violated. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life. When we got in the car, my husband told me how much [redacted] charged him and I told him the lady told me $50.00 I called to complain about [redacted] as well as the charge and Jenny said they don't speak English. When we first got in the door we told them we never had a massage before. I feel like we were taken advantage of. I called another time and another lady said we're supposed to tell them to stop or they keep massaging.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the $50.00 we were originally told plus their $4.00 service fee. I also want others to be aware of the violation I felt when I left there.

I am rejecting this response because:

The response given is completely INCORRECT. [redacted] is the one who did my massage. The lady is the one we told we wanted the massage listed on the door. My husband NEVER said he wanted an hour massage. He didn't want one at all but I convinced him to do the 10 min one with me. We wanted to $12.00 massage each. We had our sons with us and would never let them sit there for an hour while we got massaged. Which is why we wanted the 10 min one EACH. Both my teenage boys were there to witness the whole conversation. My husband also never said we would tip them next time because we don't live in that area AND I left feeling violated. I will never go to another massage place in my life because of my experience. The lady on the phone when I called to let her know how I felt she said no I didn't. My buttocks was massaged. [redacted] paid NO ATTENTION to my neck or shoulders which is what I had needed massaged. We never agreed to $120.00 because when my husband asked about the couple massage the lady said $50 and my husband said we didn't want that. When we were charged the $120, [redacted] said the couples is $120. My husband said he asked for the one on the door. The lady said YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TELL US WHEN TO STOP. My husband was told he had to pay $120. then [redacted] said here's the tip chart, how much? I said no tip. [redacted] said 10 each and I said no we were not even told the massage was $120.00 Both my boys are witnesses to the whole thing. When I called and said we can settle for half, the lady said you come here. I said I live 1 1/2 hours away I can't just get in my car and go. She hung up on me the first time. I called the following day to speak to the owner and the lady kept saying he's in LA. I asked for his number but again insisted on me driving there. As soon as we walked out the door I told my husband that I felt violated and my boys asked why. I said because he mostly rubbed my bottom (butt). I felt so violated and can't express enough how horrible I felt when I left there.
