Review: I am the Trustee for the estate of [redacted]. Mr [redacted] spent several days at Mesa Verde prior to passing away in February of 2014. Mr [redacted] estate has has been billed for services rendered by Mesa Verde prior to his death. I have contacted the facility no less than 10 times since I was appointed Trustee of the [redacted] Trust in May of 2014 asking to speak with the [redacted] regarding the charges. I have left multiple(at least 5) detailed messages asking for clarification of the charges and a copy of services rendered and with no response from Ms [redacted] or Mesa Verde I have asked to speak with Ms [redacted] supervisor only to be told that she was the only one who could address my questions. As Trustee I have an obligation to fulfill Mr [redacted] debts if possible, however, it would be irresponsible for me to pay for a service without having documentation of the services provided.I am prompted to send this complaint today because I received letter this afternoon from Mesa Verde, stating "We have made several attempts to contact you regarding this past due account...continued delinquency will result in the account being forwarded to collections."They have never attempted to contact me. I am the one, who in good faith, is attempting to resolve this matter.Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
