I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this companyThey rarely answer their phone and take plenty of time when handling issues that require their attention in the rental propertyWhen they send contractors to do repairs the individuals, half of the time do not complete the repair or are the incorrect worker for the jobThey also send contractors who are hardly professional and quite rudeThe owners of this company are condescending and rude when they speak to you and tend to jump to blame you, the tenant, for things that are going wrong in the homeI have had to resort to spending money out if pocket to get things done on the property which were the responsibility of the homeowner/property managerThese things they were aware had been done or repaired out of pocket but were never reimbursedThere were things repeatedly brought to their attention which were never taken care of or weren't resolved for many monthsThen, they have the shocking nerve to turn around and send a bill for repairs to the tenant saying that they won't pay for a repair invoice It has been difficult to say the least to deal with these people and this company and I would highly recommend that anyone I know avoid renting property from themI would never allow a friend or family member to be associated with these people they have no idea how to run a respectable professional business Furthermore, I would recommend never hire them to manage a property because they've hardly managed this one and manage it quite poorlyThe owners of the property are lucky to have a tenant who cares about where they're living and takes great care of the property because these people sure aren't

I would like to warn anyone looking for a property to rent to avoid Mesa Verde Property Management!! Besides having to pay an outrageous deposit ( rent was $and deposit was $1575) any issues that were brought to their attention took forever to resolve if at all When our toilet overflowed several times they sent their "Handyman" out to take a look at it He recommended a new toilet Yet no new toilet was installed Then when our washer started acting up I called *** and told her it was not spinning and it was making a horrible noise She said she would have their guy come out to look at it After numerous phone calls and almost a week later he finally came out and said we needed a new one She said I should be getting one that Monday! She calls me to set up a time to deliver the washer that day I told her I didn't get off of work until that anytime after would be great She said "Oh they don't deliver after It will have to be another day" I made her completely aware that I work Mon-Fri 8am-2pm and how was I to get this new washer? She made it very obvious that she didn't care and it wasn't her problem I told her I have small children and a husband that has uniforms that have to be washed regularly She said "You can always go to a laundry matt!" I then asked her was she going to pay for that? I was paying to live in this house that came with a washer and dryer Why should I have to lug my children to a laundry matt after a hard days work when they have after school obligations, church and much more going on each afternoon of the week? Soon after this ordeal we gave them our notice to move Once we vacated the property I had a professional carpet cleaning company to come and clean the carpets I also spent almost an entire week cleaning the property from top to bottom I clean inside and out on the windows, I cleaned all appliances, I cleaned every inch of the bathrooms, walls, doors and floors! We even had the landscaping trimmed one last time as well as planting summer grass seed before turning over the keys As you can image as I previously stated that was a very large deposit and we wanted every penny of it back! Well of course I get my refund after almost weeks from the date of returning the keys and they have taken $of my money out of that deposit!! Their reason on the invoice was carpet cleaning and cleaning Well I provided them an invoice of the carpet cleaning and even had her daughter enter the property before hand and she said everything looked clean and great I believe this company will do whatever they can to hold on to as much of your money as they can! She is very condescending, rude and not professional at all I have never had to deal with someone so difficult when renting a property Once again I would not ever recommend this company if you are looking to rent as well as if you are looking to find a property management company

This business kept our deposit to fix items in the rental house that were already damaged when we moved in. Things that were noted on our move in inspection. Look elsewhere for a rental company.

Terrible company. I do not recommend to anyone looking to rent. You can never get ahold of anyone to get anything done. I have had to email several different people and call just to get ahold of one person. Will never rent from them again.
