I went to the homeowners house a day after he said it was leaking and I then fixed it and that did not solve the problem so I then went back that weekend and installed a new boot that took care of all the water coming into the house Then the homeowner asked me to come back out for more
inspections nothing due to any water leaks Both myself the owner and the roofer were on vacation and could not make it out right away by the time he had filed to the Revdex.com I saw the compliant I was there that Saturday to see what he had wanted changed and that Monday I had sent out our repair crew to install a new roof vent This was at no charge to the homeowner We had already placed a ridge vent on to the roof and the homeowner wanted a larger one so we did that for him at no charge The homeowner is now very happy with the out come and the new vent that we have installed for him We are very sorry for the inconvenienceThank you *** ***Americas Best Exteriors
