I received a call from my employee that stated that he was involved in an accidentthey pulled over to exchange insurance information which my employee did, Mr*** didn't provide my employee with his insurance info, they decided to get out of traffic to so the traffic jam would releasemy
employee went to go in a safer area to finish the exchange and Mr*** took offmy understanding Mr*** drifted in to my employees lanewe turned it into the company insuranceto let them handle itI know the adjuster took my employee statementi have no idea if he took Mr*** statementthat's the last I knew of anything.I cant help if Mr*** is upsetwe did what we were suppose to do in this situationturn it in to our insurance companywe live in a NO FAULT statemy understanding is; if your in an accident each person is some what at faultit sounds like they have a difference of opinion who is at faultI wasn't thereMy employee has been working for me for over yearsnever had any issues with him driving or working on any projectsI'm a contractornot an adjusterwe did what we are suppose to doI care about my construction project and purchases insurance to handle things like thisi don't have time to worry about a small fender benderI turned it in to our insurance to let them figure it outi do care about how they drivethis is the first complaint I have ever had regarding anything on this employee in over yearsI can tell you thisi will trust my employee over Mr*** I'm not saying Mr*** is lying but I don't know Mr*** I believe it just a difference of opinionlet the insurance companies figure it outif where in the wrong our insurance will pay
