Review: The Meserole Landscaping company took our last payment for the season and never showed up again. Part of the contract was to complete the fall clean-up which has not been done. I have called several times and received a return call 10 days ago with a promise that the work would be completed. Needless to say, no one has ever showed up. My calls are now not being returned. They took the payment from my husband who is disabled and have taken advantage of both him and my family.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either finish the job or return the final payment to me of $200.

Terrible communication. He stopped showing up in October 2015 after I finished paying him for the season in September. His workers are not exactly great. I left a chair on my lawn and instead of moving it they cut around it. The contract was for ten months and he stopped showing up after eight.
