I paid a lot of money for this bike lock! It's not for a bike lock to tear like this

I agree this is not since we have never had a case like this before when the cover tears open like this specially around the button areaThis is not something that would happen under useSomeone has been trying to cut the cover with a sharp razor or object and unfortunately, this type of damage is not covered by the warranty terms
Please consider for example if you drop and break your phone screen, will the phone company replace your phone? We are a very small startup and don't have the resources to cover for such cases which are not caused by the usage of the product

People know to get a case for their phoneA bike lock doesn't break like thatI want a refund.It's not possible that anyone cut my bitlock with a sharp razorThe bitlock was fine before I put it with my bike in the garageThe bitlock was locked onto my bike for a few months in the garage
