I am rejecting this response because: I think the exchange rate or the amount in USD converted to CAD that was refunded is inaccurate I thought I should of been refunded $1-more in this instance for them to be accurate in saying they gave me a 100% refund What exchange rate was used? How much in USD was refunded? Also they said in a comment on my PayPal that they made the custom hat as I wanted it which isn't true and that they thought that they gave me a refund already which they didn't until December 10, when I received a partial refund of $ Let me know

Review: I ordered a hat, after a month went by I had never received it. I called the company several times, they never answered and never called back.

I ordered a hat, and was billed 16.98 on 10/3/13. After a month went by I had never received it. I called the company several times, leaving messages they never answered and never called back. I purchased it on my Visa debit card. I never received a confirmation email so I have no order number.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of what I payed as well as actually being sent the item.

Review: I purchased a hat through eBay from Meshhat.com on 2/7/14. I received an email later that same day stating the hat had shipped and the expected delivery date was 2/10. I tracked my purchase through usps.com with the tracking number they provided and discovered the shipping date was changed to between 2/10 and 2/12, which was fine since I did not need the hat until the following Saturday. On 2/12 I still had not received it, so once again I tracked the package. The shipping date changed AGAIN to 2/14. As you can guess, I never received the hat on that day. I called my local post office to see if they could track the package and the rep I spoke to informed me that who ever sent the package labeled it incorrectly so it never left California. As of 2/18 I had still not received the hat and it was still in California. By this time I had no use for the hat and it seemed it would never make its way to Minnesota anyways. I called the store and left messages 2 times (Friday 2/14 and 2/18) and never received a call back. I also tried emailing [email protected] and the email failed. I was able to find a working email address and finally received an email back from [redacted] on 2/19. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he'd refund me ASAP. It is now March 19th and I have not received a refund or responses to follow up emails.Desired Settlement: All I want is the $16.48 refund Mr. [redacted] assured me he would send to my PayPal account.

Review: I ordered three different hats and have never received them, but meshhats.com took payment on them.

On April 24, 2013 I placed an order with meshhats.com and purchased three different hats. I also paid for the three day shipping. I paid a total of $46.46. The order number that was giving to me was meshhats-XXXXX. I paid with a visa card online. I have called this company numerous times and the mailbox is full you can't leave a message and they have yet to answer.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a complete refund or for them to just ship the hats that I ordered.
