Mesic Contracting was contacted by my Insurance Agent to help me with removal of my patio awning over Memorial Weekend, However, I had to contact them twice over a period of almost 2 weeks before they responded. They finally arrived and performed the removal & haul away in just under 2 hrs. I just received an unbelievably high bill from them...over $1,500! ($759 hr) when I called the office this morning to explain that this was NOT an emergency service and bids from other contractors were in the $500 range, Wendy Mesic, the owner, very argumentative by the way, stated that "that was the charge & if I don't like it I should have hired someone else!". Very unprofessional.... I have calls into the AZ ROC, and am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I plan on exposing this unprofessional, unethical Company. No one should ever be billed "whatever" a company "feels like" & then demand payment three times the going rate! Shame on them & not legal.

My husband and I just went through a very hard situation due to a water filter system blowing ski high and destroying a large part of our home. I was in tears and going crazy fearing the worst. [redacted] was so very kind and told me it would be okay and that all would work out. He was so right. [redacted] was so comforting in all of her dealing with all of the issues of fiances and work to be done on the home. [redacted] kept me informed as to what was going to happen and when. One of the most comforting things as when you are living in a house torn up it is so nice to know what is going to be happening. [redacted] never one time ever fluffed me off or made me feel like I wasn't the most important client they had. In fact every single person at Mesic Construction company has has made us feel like we were the most important people ever. With Mesic employees [redacted] and [redacted], it was clear that professionals were in charge and at work! They did what they said they were going to do, and they performed their tasks excellently and in a timely manner! I for one feel that the Mesic outfit is excellent and I know my husband feels the same way about this wonderful company as well! In fact, we have recommended Mesic to others several times to date.

Dealing with Mesic Contracting was a very unpleasant experience for me. They did not uphold our verbal agreement. They said they would send me a copy of the contract but didn't until I finally asked. Even then I never received a copy of the add-ons, which the rep wrote on the back of the contract. When the workers arrived, they didn't know about the complete plumbing replacement, which was to be done before the floor repair, because they didn't look on the back of the contract. Finally, I see from their website, they accept [redacted]. The rep told me I couldn't put my first payment on [redacted] because of the cost to Mesic; so I had to write a check. If you use Mesic, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS YOU GET A COPY RIGHT THEN! This experience was VERY stressful!
My insurance company [redacted] was very supportive in resolving my issues with Medic. I couldn't have done it without their agent's support.

For years I have dealt with contractors on various houses I have lived in. Many times struggling to get a response or a follow up. This time I was referred to Mesic Contracting and wow was I ever blown away. The guy that came out was wonderful, let me know what I would have to pay and when I had to pay (an amount down and an amount upon completion of the repairs) Before they left everyday they cleaned up and put away their mess. When I had an issue they addressed it so quickly. We had a huge water loss and I will forever be grateful that without fail the work to my home was completed. When all the repairs were done, the final walk through was seamless and all the compliments I get on my new kitchen makes the stress of an insurance claim worth it. Thanks!
