Complaint: ***Actually, the scenario that was presented by MrM*** about ***'s is a very valid oneThe purchaser is entitled to a refund if they were not satisfied with the goods or services provided to them, regardless if that $for the burger came from an acquaintance or the sidewalkFurthermore, the $given to MrM*** did not result in a good or a service provided to either my friend or myselfWe were told by one of his employees that the car was listed for $2,and a legitimate bill of sale was not presented to either of us, neither before or after the deposit was madeMrM*** claims that the deposit was for an inspection and repairs, in the state of Pennsylvania it is unlawful for a dealership to sell a car that is not roadworthy or legal to driveIt was not our responsibility to pay for an inspection of a car that was not titled in either of our namesI understand my rights as a consumer, I am educated with a bachelor's degree in business and I come from a family of lawyersHe could either settle this amicably through the Revdex.com and return the $100, or I will take this to court and attach a discrimination suit and seek damages, on behalf of the language and the manner in which I was spoken to.

Hello this is Kevin M*** from Mesko Motors, Please ask *** to send you a copy of the bill of sale for $4995.00 - Tax, Tags and transfer fee before submitting his claim to youYou cant play dumb on that noteAlso I cant belive the Revdex.com would even take a claim from a third party He has nothing to do with the down payment, he was only here because he was co-signing a loan to his friendHypothetically speaking that would be like me lending my friend a dollar to to get a burger from *** and he didnt like the way it tasted so myself as the lender would like my money backI DONT THINK SO!

Review: My friend and I were out vehicle shopping, and we stopped at M[redacted] Motors because a vehicle caught her eye. She wanted to learn more about the vehicle, and because there was no one on the lot at that time, we decided to call their number and left a message. We got a phone call back about an hour later, saying that the car was for sale for $2,995. We both agreed that the asking price for the car was reasonable, so we went back the next day to speak with them in person. The owner of the lot demanded a $100 deposit on the car, to hold it and to make necessary repairs. The car turned out to be an R-Titled vehicle, so the bank requested pictures of the car and a copy of the bill of sale before they would issue any money to finance the car. When he presented us with a bill of sale, it was simply hand written on a piece of printer paper, instead of a formal form or a pink slip. He had also written down that the car was $4,995 instead of the agreed $2,995. After we had politely asked why he had raised the price, he said he added $2,000 for the custom paint job, which was already on the car and was a couple years old already. We had not requested the paint job. He then proceeded to stand firm on the new raised price, and would not issue a refund for our $100 deposit. His reasoning was that the money we gave him had already been spent on the car for necessary repairs, and that the deposit was suddenly non-refundable. There was no signage in his office that explicitly stated that deposits are non-refundable, nor did he disclose that information at the time of us making the deposit, and the receipt given to us did not say non-refundable. He demanded we give him $100, then he raised the asking price, and after we explained that we would not pay more than what was originally agreed upon he refused to give us a refund and continued to shout profanities at us and demanded that we leave his lot immediately.Desired Settlement: We are asking for our $100 deposit back that we are entitled to. He never stated, nor did he post conspicuously, that deposits are non-refundable.
