To whom it may concern,                The 2004 Saturn L300 was picked up on 9/21/2016. The customer paid only $486.85. The original bill was $727.60 which the customer had signed. The vehicle sat here for almost a month...

before anyone had come in to see what could be done about the bill. No one had called 2xs a day as stated. I have attached an ALLDATA print out showing that replacing the fuel pump actually is more costly than even what the original bill was for before we discounted it for her. We have done business with this customer before and have even charged her discounted rates on tows(which I have also attached a copy of that).
