Contrary to the last re[redacted], we did respond multiple times to [redacted] inquiries regarding the shipping damage to his item. As a small business, every one of our items receives personal care. I know personally that the issues he described were not present at the time of shipping from our facility....

We have shipped a new item to [redacted] this week, and have requested a return shipment on the damaged unit. The delay in replacing the item was due in large part to the specialty nature of the item.  We are hoping this resolves the issue for him.
