n reference to Mrs*** concerns, our Business Manager was able to reach her and we have cancelled her membership as of September 1st 2015. Ms*** has until September 30th to use any unused services that still may be on her accountIn Great Health, Janine *** Massage Envy Spa

I want to first assure that when we review our Wellness Agreement with our clients, we do take time to make sure that they fully understand all the terms and conditions of the agreement. We have each client initial each section of the Wellness Agreement that we go over, and make sure that we
ask if they have any questions or concerns. At this time I do have a month signed Wellness Agreement for Mr***The agreement was signed on October 29th and expires as of November 28th 2015, in which his membership will expire. We would love to assist Mr*** in resolving his concern. Please see options listed below1. We can cancel his membership at this time, even though the month membership term is not completed.2. We can provide him with a day period of time in which any member services can be utilizes, this would be an additional days based on the agreement.3. We can transfer the member services to anyone he wishes and waive the transfer fee.4. We can issue him a hour massage session gift card for each of the remaining services on his account to be used at any time or he may gift them if he wishWe understand that Mr*** is requesting a “refund”, this is something that we are not able to do. We have options that we can offer in an effort to accommodate Mr*** at this time. We look forward to your response as we would like to help assist and resolve this matter.
