Upon receiving the complaint, I immediately went to see Ms*** I explained to her that the contract was sold to her prematurely, as the Jackson Medical Mall would not have been operational for a couple of months I sent her contract and a cash refund with one of the employees mentioned in the complaint This employee is no longer with the company due to embezzlement and theft I not only refunded her money, but gave an extra $for her inconvenience I also gave her three months of free advertising on the Jackson Medical Mall network AND the YMCA network Message Point Media is a company of integrity and honesty Ms [redacted] and I left each other with smiles on both our faces
