If it weren't for xxxxx, the operations Manager,, this company would be totally ineffectualThe Seller selected this company to do our closing for properties we were purchasing in xxxxx, NMThe Seller set weeks for closing on these two cash purchasesAlthough I emailed the contact, xxxxx (avoid her like the plague) at Boston National Title weeks before closing, weeks before closing and again week before closing, I never got a responseI was unable to leave a voicemail, because her voice mailbox was fullI was unable to contact her supervisor because he was out of the office on medical leaveThe closing date came and went without anything being done FOR A CASH PURCHASE! Then, finally I got to speak with xxxxxShe had no idea that we had gone past the closing date on both of these properties and had not even seen the folderAfter "working" with her for weeks, she found out that they are not licensed in New Mexico and musty hire a title company in New Mexico in order to do the title work and closingSo, weeks after we contracted to purchase, and weeks after oour contract closing date, Boston National Title started working on the closing by hiring xxxxxxxxxx flew into action and had title work, deed and closing paperwork ready in daysUnfortunately, there was a cloud on the title that had to be cleared through the foreclosure attorneys and while xxxxx was waiting for Boston National Title to contact the attorneys and clear the cloud, Boston National Title was waiting on xxxxx to clear the cloudFinally, again xxxxx stepped in again and got it clearedSo, here we are now weeks past contract closing date and no closing date in sight

I close on a lot of houses They charged almost $1,to close with a quit claim I could have done that for $with a local attorney The only reason they got my business is they are connected to the bank I bought the property from Even with a general warranty deed, I have never paid that much for closing fees alone
